They do not appear on any public register. That is the whole point. A small proportion of charitable trusts do choose to also incorporate as board under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. But that is only a tiny proportion of the trusts in NZ.<BR/><BR/>Yes, there are real questions about this NZ First funding - and more particularly about the vast gulf between what Peters says and what NZ First has actually done.
